Some of our apartments are rented through the MRVP program and will be clearly indicated. Read more about that program here.

For any apartment not rented through the MRVP program you must have a monthly income of at least 3 times the amount of rent if no utilities are included. That means if you are looking at an apartment that is $1,000 per month your household income must be $3,000 or more. (This is not the case with section 8 or if you have other qualifying benefits.)

We verify employment, previous landlords, credit history, past evictions and criminal records for anyone over the age of 18 that would permanently be residing in the apartment.
