What to expect when searching for an apartment with us.

We have a 3 step process.  Our first contact with you we will answer any questions you have for us and we will also ask a few pre-qualification questions via phone or email.  If everything goes well with those questions we will then move on to an in-person meeting and showing of the apartment.  Lastly we will request a full application to be submitted.  You may however submit a full application to us at any time by going to our forms page and downloading it from there.

 

Some things to keep in mind in order to quality for an apartment: 

You must have a monthly income of at least 3 times the amount of rent.  That means if you are looking at an apartment that is $850 per month your household income must be $2,550 or more.  (This is not the case with section 8 or if you have other benefits.)

 

We verify employment, previous landlords, credit history, past evictions and criminal records for anyone over the age of 18 that would permanently be residing in the apartment.
